Troparion of the Sunday, Tone VII —
By Thy Cross, Thou didst destroy death! / To the thief, Thou didst open Paradise! / For the myrrhbearers, Thou didst change weeping into joy! / And Thou didst command Thy disciples, O Christ God, / to proclaim that Thou art risen, / granting the world great mercy!

Hymn to the Theotokos, Tone VII —
Since you are the treasure of our resurrection, / we put our hope in you, O all-praised one. / Lead us from the abyss of transgressions, / for you have saved those guilty of sin, / O evervirgin Mother of our salvation.

Kontakion of the Sunday, Tone VII —
The dominion of death / can no longer hold men captive, / for Christ descended, shattering and destroying its powers! / Hell is bound, while the prophets rejoice and cry: /”The Savior has come to those in faith! / Enter, you faithful, into the Resurrection!

Commemoration of the Holy Fathers of the first six Ecumenical Councils, Troparion, in Tone VIII —
Most glorious art Thou, O Christ our God, Who hast established our fathers upon the earth as beacons, and hast thereby guided us all to the true Faith! O greatly Compassionate One, glory be to Thee!

Kontakion, in Tone VIII, "As the first fruits..." —
The preaching of the apostles and the dog­mas of the fathers sealed the one Faith of the Church; and clad in the robe of truth woven of theology from on high, it setteth aright and glorifieth the great mystery of piety.

Venerable Mother Macrina, Sister of St. Basil the Great, Troparion, in Tone VIII —
In thee, O mother, that which was created according to the image of God was manifestly saved./ For accepting thy cross thou didst follow after Christ,/ and praying thou didst learn to disdain the flesh,/ for thou didst transcend it to take care of thine immortal soul.// Wherefore, with the angels doth thy soul rejoice, O venerable Macrina.

Venerable Father Dius, Troparion, in Tone I —
A desert dweller, an angel in the flesh,/ and a wonderworker wast thou shown to be,/ O our God-bearing father Dius,/ for having acquired heavenly gifts through fasting, vigilance, and prayer,/ thou dost heal the infirm,/ and the souls of those who have recourse to thee with faith./ Glory to Him Who hath given thee strength!/ Glory to Him Who hath crowned thee!// Glory to Him Who worketh healings for all through thee!

Kontakion to St. Dius, Tone II, "The steadfast..." —
Divinely armed with purity of soul,/ and mightily wielding unceasing prayer as a spear,/ thou didst cut down hordes of the demons./ O Dius, our wonder­working father,// pray thou unceasingly for us all.

Kontakion to the Venerable Macrina, Tone IV, "Thou hast appeared..." —
Thou didst love the good God with all thy heart,/ O venerable Macrina,/ and, taking His precious Cross upon thy shoulder,/ thou didst zealously follow after Him.// Wherefore, thou hast found forgiveness of offenses.

St. Seraphim of Sarov, Troparion, Tone IV —
From thy youth didst thou love Christ, O blessed one;/ and, aflame with the desire to serve Him alone,/ thou didst struggle in the wilderness in unceasing prayer and labor;/ and with compunction of heart acquiring the love of Christ,/ thou wast shown to be the beloved favorite of the Mother of God./ Wherefore, we cry unto thee:/ Save us by thy prayers, O our venerable father Seraphim.

Kontakion to St. Seraphim, Tone II —
Having forsaken the beauty of the world and the corruption therein,/ thou didst take up thine abode in the Monastery of Sarov./And having lived there as an angel, thou didst become a path for many to salvation./ Wherefore, Christ hath glorified thee, O father Seraphim,/ and enriched thee with the gift of healings and miracles./ Therefore, we cry out to thee:// Rejoice, O our venerable father Seraphim!
